much food for thought but a CLEARER point by point 'strategy' is missing....e.g. the most important 'take away' is the realisation that "emotional triggers release the most powerful responses'. From that, one needs to become 'conscientised' (a word which did not exist before apartheid South Africa?) as to the INTENT of information/statements/strategies..i.e. why am I being triggered to respond in a certain way? What is the motive? What is 'expected' of me as a result? And of course FEAR is the most primordial of responses and because of that a 'common trigger button' becomes open game: threat to one's existence. The majority of people simply do not have the time for self reflection. However, given this recent disgusting accosting of humanity it is becoming more and more vital that self reflection is a primary tool of defense/survival. This is the strategy one needs to 'talk the general population' through. It is the same as having a strategy of having bomb shelters in times of war...only this time is time FOR INNER WORK. This response is no longer an 'option': it is an absolute necessity.
